We will focus on "core work" from the beginning till the end of the practice, flowing in a vinyasa sequence that pays detailed attention not only on the asana but also on the transitions. Exploring and discovering the art the connects different asana. We will feel strong and safe ( thank s to our core work ) to move and challenge ourself into more intricate transitions. Trough the workshop we will build mental strength and mindful movement trough the power of "our center" where our will resides : Moving like a wave that comes back to itself!

Back to basic inversion practic

Back to basic inversion practice

23 November 2019
@ ZEM (Rome, Italy)

The first time I entered a yoga studio in New York, people of all ages from 15 to 75 years old were going upside down... I was the only one not doing it and I wanted to run out of the class! Today I love inversions. They put me in a good mood, they give me the strength in knowing that with time, patience and perseverance, I can conquer my fears and the limitations I put in my mind. We will start from the basics, strengthening and warming up with a fun and invigorating vinyasa practice. We will specifically reinforce the parts of the body that efficiently help us to feel stronger when we go upside down. By focusing on the mechanics of the body, you will discover new things about your own body and how to harness your strength to invert. This workshop is designed for EVERYONE...new learners, "inverters" and “addicted inverters”...because in the end, there is no difference.
